Abstract
A new simple, sensitive and stability indicating RP-HPLC method for the determination of Ziprasidone in pharmaceutical dosage form was developed. Chromatographic separation was carried on Reverse Phase C18 (Cosmosil) column (symmetry 250x4.6mm;5µm) with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and 0.05% (OPA) water (90:10 v/v) having pH 3.0 at an absorption maxima 318nm.
